The staff were very friendly. Loved the cats in the lobby. Loved the history of the hotel- very fascinating. The beds were very comfortable. Liked that there were free activities to participate in. Loved the communication and the free shuttle service to restaurants since the kitchen was being renovated. Loved that it was a short walk to downtown shopping and there were hiking trails around the hotel. Loved the beautiful old homes around the property. Liked the games on the back porch and that the hotel was pet friendly even though we didn't have a pet. The yoga classes were great. Appreciated the parking was free.

Just how beautiful and authentic the hotel is. The staff was wonderful , helpful and answered all your questions. We really enjoyed the back of the property with all the games , swings and private sitting areas. The food was good at the sky bar. Drinks were also excellent. Our room was very comfortable. Overall we had a great experience. We did the ghost tour. I really wish I did The ghost investigation instead.

The Crescent Hotel was such a fun place to stay! We traveled with two kids, 11 and 8. We had a great room in the 2nd floor. Our room had some “mysterious” things happen. Beds were very comfortable and the vibe of the hotel was very cool! Oh!! Stephen was such a pleasure to talk to. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable! The kids had a blast! We will definitely be back to visit!

It was such a great stay. It was so easy to get a late check out. Was able to order a bottle of wine and have it sent to my room. The service was great. The room was very rustic with a very high ceiling. Great views all around. Easy access to downtown. Literally everything is within walking distance from here. I highly recommend. It is worth the trip and the money

Our first night, we weren't in the mood for pizza and there wasn't another restaurant open in the hotel but the shuttle took us down to the Italian restaurant and back. Dining room breakfast and staff were very nice. Lastly, we didn't detect any signs of haunting in Room 207.
